Currently when the story points field is focused due to editing and the user scrolls down with the mouse to move around fields the story points value will be scrolled instead potentially messing the already set value or sending the number to an invalid negative value.

Some users may prefer if this behavior is removed so that the values are set manually and not accidentally edited with mouse scrolling.
