Ability to differentiate users with similar names in user picker field

      Issue Summary

      Currently, when agents search for users in the issue in the portal, there is no option to differentiate users with the same names. Hence, there exists a possibility of selecting the incorrect user, which may end up giving access to the incorrect user on the ticket.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create two users with the same username and different email IDs
      2. Open any ticket on the portal
      3. Click on share with the option
      4. Try to search with users with similar names
      5. You will see two users with the same name but we may be not sure which is the correct one to provide access to the ticket 

      Expected Results

      Email Id should be shown below the name so users with same names can be differentiated

      Actual Results

      Currently, when agents search for users in the issue in the portal, there is no option to differentiate users with the same names.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
