Issue : Ability to edit and create new components in Edit screen

Summary:

• Navigate to a project and click on create issue
• Make sure the Jira component field is added to all screens
• Click create new issue, see the component field
• One can add existing component and also create new components in the create issue screen
• 
• After the issue is created, in the edit screen, when we try the same thing you can add existing components but not create new one
• 

Suggestion:

• It would be great if there is an option to add/create new components in the edit issue screen as well
