Display dashboard name in the "create dashboard gadget" option for which the user has edit permission

      Problem:

      Currently, only the dashboard, the user is owner, is visible under the  "create dashboard gadget" option available under the Export dropdown in the issue navigator.

      Suggested Solution

      Ability to display dashboard name in the "create dashboard gadget" option for which the user has edit permission.

      Why This Is Important

      This feature will be useful for the users without passing them the ownership of the dashboard.

      Workaround:

      For now, the user will edit the issue permission should open the dashboard in the dashboard tab and then edit the dashboard.
