Issue Summary
Multi-line text fields do not respect the "hide when empty" issue layout configuration if there was a value added to it that was removed
Steps to Reproduce
- Have a multi-line text field on the "hide when empty" section of the Issue layout configuration
- Create a new ticket with no value to the multi-line text field
- Add a value to it, the field will be shown
- Remove the value
Expected Results
The field is hidden again
Actual Results
The field is always shown in the issue view even when empty
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

Hello All,
The Jira issue view has 3 sections, Description, Context fields and More fields.
The fields that are configured as hidden when empty, as per design, are shown in the "More fields" section of the issue view. This section can be expanded and collapsed giving the user the flexibility to also look into the field with empty values that are hidden.

As this is working as intended, we will go ahead and close this bug ticket.
