The Default Edit value in the context of custom field need to have Wiki style text editor (rich text)

      If you Navigate to the custom field and click on 'Context and default value' in three dots. When you click on 'Edit default value'. You will see the editor in default text editor.

      The Requirement is to have an Editor in the Wiki-style text editor (rich text) so that the user can automatically include numbered rows and perform various editing.
