Issue Summary

The "Components" dropdown is truncated in the List view UI when adding a value to the last issue in the list.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a list view in a project.
2. Add the "Component" field to the list of columns.
3. Attempt to add a component to the last issue in the list view.

Expected Results

The "Components" dropdown should display the entire list, allowing the user to scroll and select options, including the "Manage components" link, similar to the behavior of the "Labels" dropdown.

Actual Results

The "Components" dropdown is truncated in the List view UI, preventing users from scrolling through the entire list or clicking on "Manage components."

Workaround

Search for a specific component or open the issue in a new tab to view the complete list of components.
