Issue Summary

When you enter a value in the Original Estimate while using non-English languages, the value automatically converts to that language.
However, if you attempt to edit the field, it still displays the value in the non-English language, which prevents you from saving it as intended.

Steps to Reproduce

1. change the language of the account from account preferences
2. put some values in Original estimate
3. try to edit the value

Expected Results

the value converted to d, h, m

Actual Results

the value still remains as the language

Workaround

rewrite the value with d, h, m
