Ability to add/edit template for Jira Bulk Email

      Problem Statement

      Currently, in Jira Bulk Email option, there is no template available.
      This can cause issue for admins as they may need to write email Title and Content every time whereas if they had a template, they can reduce the administrative overhead time.

      Why this is important

      The admin can reduce the administrative overhead time for when they have to send similar emails repeatedly.

      Improvement

      As an administrator, they should be able to configure the template for Jira Bulk Email.

      Workaround

      There is no workaround available at the moment.
