Issue Summary

The Jira title is not shown beside or below the logo

This is also happening in JSM and Confluence

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Jira Settings
2. Click on Global Configuration
3. Click on Edit Settings
4. Change the title from Jira to anything of your choice
5. Scroll down and Click on Update

Expected Results

The title should appear beside the instance logo if there is any

Actual Results

The title is not shown

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
