Duplication of Teams upon C2C migration of Advanced Roadmap Plans

      Summary

      Upon C2C migrations within the same Org, even if one Advanced Roadmaps for Jira project is migrated, it results in duplicate teams.

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Perform a C2C migration / Sandbox Copy within an Org, where the source site has ARJ teams (Advanced Roadmap Teams).
      • Go to any Jira site in the Org -> Teams -> Search People and Teams
      • Notice that the ARJ Teams get duplicated.
      • Notice that the duplicated teams have the same name and members, but the team ID will have a -xxx string attached to it.
