Add the Sprint details in the New Jira navigation layout for the Sprint

      Issue Summary

      This is reproducible on Data Center: No

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to the Scrum board -> Active Sprints.

      Expected Results

      The Sprint goal and the sprint details should be visible on the top or front as it was in the Old Jira Navigation.

      Actual Results

      The sprint goal and the details can be seen by click on the Sprint Details button left to the Complete Sprint button.
