Using reconcile issues flow with Enhanced JQL search with deleted issues results in 400 error

      Issue Summary

      This is reproducible on Data Center: no

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create issue and then delete it with id, e.g  `10001`
      2. Call `/rest/api/3/search/jql ` with `reconcileIssues : [10001]`

      Expected Results

      • 404 is returned

        Actual Results

      • Error message with invalid response code is returned -> 400...

        Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
