Issue Summary
The archived issue message does not appear in the Jira issue API response.
Steps to Reproduce
- Archive an existing Jira ticket
- Accessing the Jira ticket displays a message:
'This is an archived issue. You will need to restore it before you can edit it.'

- This information doesn't appear in Jira issue API response.
Expected Results
Jira issue API result should also display the same message: "This is an archived issue. You will need to restore it before you can edit it."
Actual Results
The API response for Jira issues does not indicate whether an issue has been archived.
