Issue Summary
When you have set up the Slack Integration, and there is an automation rule that changes the summary of a ticket when it is created, it is not updated on the message sent by Slack Integration.
Steps to Reproduce
- Set up slack integration
- Create an automation rule that edits the Summary of the ticket when a ticket is created
Expected Results
Once the summary is edited, the notification sent to the configured slack channel should be updated as well.
Actual Results
The summary on the slack notification is not updated, the notification only shows the old Summary.
Workaround
You can change the slack integraiton settings to send a message when a ticket is updated, that will send a new notification when the Summary is edited by the automation rule, but that can cause noise as a notification will be sent for anything else that changes in the ticket as well.
Another alternative would be to use the transition option, so a notification would be sent when the ticket is transitioned after the the automation changed the summary.
It would be nice if there was a wait option or if the summary of the notification would be automatically update the summary.
