Issue Summary

The transition screen does not appear when attempting to move issues on a Board using the Microsoft Edge browser. As a result, users cannot move the issues. However, if you open the issue in a new window and change the status, the transition screen will appear.

Steps to Reproduce

• Update/Install Microsoft Edge browser version 132.0.2957.115 and above
• Try to move an issue on a board to a status that has a transition screen configured

Expected Results

The chosen issue should move to the desired status, with the configured transition screen appearing during the process.

Actual Results

The transition fails; the chosen issue remains in it's original status and column

Workaround

• User a different browser

OR

• Open the issue in a new window and change the status manually. This way, the configured transition screen appears

OR

• If you are on the new issue transition experience;
  • Try disabling it by navigating to https://YOUR_CLOUD_SITE.atlassian.net/jira/settings/personal/general and toggle the setting to disable it
• If you are on the legacy issue transition experience;
  • Try enabling the new issue transition experience by navigating to  https://YOUR_CLOUD_SITE.atlassian.net/jira/settings/personal/general and toggle the setting to enable it
