Allow filter by custom field on the Plans's Program board

      Description

      At the moment, it is possible to filter issues by custom field on the Timeline and Calendar view on Plans.

      For the Program board, the filters available at the moment are Project, Epic, Issue type, and Dependency.

      It would be great if we could filter by custom field as well.
