It is impossible to remove GitHub repository from code page if it was created during the "Create Project" flow

      Issue Summary

      If you opted in to create a new GitHub repository during the project creation flow, you will see your repository on the "Code" page in Jira Project.

      However i you try to delete this repo from GitHub it won't be removed from the "Code" page.

      Currently there is no way to remove it from the "Code" page even if repo was removed from GitHub

      Steps to Reproduce

      Prerequisites:

      • Jira instance has GitHub for Jira app installed 
      • There is at least one organisation connected to Jira via this app

      Steps:

      1. Go to "Projects" -> "Create Project"
      2. Choose the "Kanban" project template
      3. Click "Use Template" on the next Page
      4. Click "Select a team-managed project"
      5. Fill in the project name and key
      6. Click next
      7. Opt in for creating new GitHub repository on the next page

      8. Click "Connect" 

      9. After the project and repository created delete the repository from GitHub

      10. Go to the "Code" page. 

      Expected Results

      The repository which was recently deleted is not there.

      Actual Results

       The repository is still on the code page.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
