Issue Summary

As the administrator customer would like to disable the Confluence Pages --> Product Requirements --> Try Template, but globally.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access an issue in JSW
2. And we will see the Confluence page below:

Expected Results

Create an option to disable this feature globally

Actual Results

Today each user needs to disable this option by selecting Not interested

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
