Issue Summary

User Avatars under project pages for confluence spaces does not load when only Jira is setup with custom domains.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have only Jira setup with custom domain and not Confluence.
2. Integrate confluence space under Project Pages >> Confluence Spaces.
3. The Avatars for the respective users do not show up.

Workaround

No concrete workaround. 

We can try having both Confluence and Jira under custom domains or have them both not under custom domain.
