Ability to choose Undefined Environments when creating Automation for Jira for Deployment successful

      When customers have Environments in Jira that are not defined in any of the types (Development, Testing, Staging, Production), it is not possible to create automation rules against the deployment of these environments.

      The current workaround available for such cases would be using Webhooks, which requires a lot of additional work from the customer's end, and having Webhooks for all repositories that are connected to Jira
