REST API - Add an option for related work under Project Version.

      The client is asking for an option to be added under the payload for Create Related Work to map and be able to add the option for link issues. Currently, the API is not allowing to map it and throws an error when using the link option on the JSON body.

      The option looks to be hidden now.
