Summary

When a project is migrated from one Jira cloud instance to another all the new development data is fed to Jira, However old development data is not seen.

In order to restore this we will need to disconnect and reconnect the integration which is time-consuming

Suggestion

Provide a soft sync option that can backfill old development data. Since Manual Synchronization is no longer available 

Workaround

Disconnect the Bitbucket integration and reconnect
