      Issue Summary

      Pull requests merged in Bitbucket Cloud showing as Open in Jira UI

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Integrate Jira and Bitbucket Cloud
      2. Create a workspace in Bitbucket and link it to Jira Issue
      3. Create a pull request in Jira
      4. Merge the pull request in Bitbucket

      Expected Results

      Merge pull request should appear as merged in Jira UI

      Actual Results

      Merge pull request still showing as Open in Jira UI even though it is merged in Bitbucket Cloud

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

            Our internal ticket VR-4581 shows 2 pull requests as shown above.  After clicking the 2 pull request link there is only one pull request.  We also have had problems that are noted in this particular ticket where the pull request is shown as open but it is indeed merged.
