As a Jira administrator, I would like to give visibility on archived version to users which aren't belonging to project's administrator group.

Existing feature

Actually, only project administrators can see archived versions. The «standard» users of the project can see published and unpublished versions only.

As it is not a possibility to give an user the project administrators permission only to allow him the view on archived versions, it would be nice if this behavior could be configurable.
