Freeze columns/Pin column in List View

      Issue Summary

      Allow users to freeze or pin first few columns in the List view, so that, when users scroll the page horizontally, the frozen columns stay there. It will ensure key columns (like summary) are visible even on scroll.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to the Projects > List
      2. Scroll the page horizontally
      3. All the columns get scrolled - suggestion is to keep the first few columns frozen

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
