Problem Definition

Currently, the default access is set to open for Kanban team-managed project and same for JWM team-managed projects. And the default access is set to Choose to select for Scrum team-managed project.

We would like to allow project access to be set as Private by default while creating a Team Managed project 

Suggested Solution:

While creating a Team Managed project, we need to explicitly select the option as Private for Project Access level in order to keep restricted for external users.

Why this is important

If the project admin forgets and does not change the permission, restricted information could be leaked to users who should not have access.
