Problem

Currently we cannot customize the addons list that we see in the issue view.
 

It is ordered alphabetically, even though the plugin is not being actively used. we have to click on the 3 dots to see more apps.

Suggested Solution

Why This Is Important

We can have the most commonly used addon's here so that we can choose immediately when working on those add-ons.
