Issue Summary

In Firefox, the "Watchers" section and action popups are partially hidden when the right-hand side panel is resized to a smaller width. This behavior does not occur in Google Chrome.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a Jira issue in Firefox.
2. Resize the right side panel to a smaller width.

Expected Results

The "Watchers" section and action popups should remain fully visible, regardless of the width of the right-hand side panel.

Actual Results

When the right-hand side panel is resized to a smaller width in Firefox:

• The "Watchers" section is partially hidden.
• Action popups are also obscured by the side panel.

Workaround

To temporarily avoid this issue, users can:

1. Access Jira using Google Chrome, where the issue does not occur.
2. Avoid resizing the right-hand side panel to a smaller width when using Firefox.
