Issue Summary

In any project type in Jira Cloud fetching attachments using the attachment horizontal scroll will cause the thumbnails to show "Failed to Load"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an Issue and add an attachment (so you can scroll in the attachments);
2. Create more attachments using the REST API (so more attachments are available to be fetched while you are still on the page);
3. Scroll horizontally to fetch more attachments. (If you reload the page it should be fine as you will get the tokens)

   Expected Results

Thumbnails should load correctly;
