Unable to open issues in side bar when issue is in dialogue view

      Issue Summary

      • Whenever we try to open issues in sideview, when issues are already opened in dialog view from Action -> Open issue in sidebar, it doesn't work. Vice versa works fine.

      Steps to Reproduce

      • When the issue is already opened in sidebar view, and we use the three dots 'actions' on the right top corner of the sidebar view to switch it to 'open issues in dialog'. Now the same issue cant get back to sidebar view upon clicking the 'open issues in sidebar' from the three dots in the dialog anymore.
      • However, it works absolutely fine, when we first open the issue in dialogue view and then switch it to sidebar view from Action -> Open issue in sidebar.
