Issue Summary

Actions > Open issue in sidebar while in dialog view doesn't switch the view. However, the opposite works. Being in sidebar view > Actions > Open issue in dialogue immediately shows the pop-up.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have the settings of a board (kaban or scrum) to Open issues in sidebar toggle off:
   
2. Open an issue in a dialogue pop-up.
3. Click on Actions ... > Open issues in sidebar
   
4. Nothing happens

Expected Results

Issue to open in sidebar.

Actual Results

Nothing happens - issue is not opened in the sidebar.

The opposite behaviour works. Example:

1. Have the board settings Open issues in sidebar toggle on.
2. Open an issue in a sidebar.
3. Click on Actions ... > Open issues in dialogue
4. View switches immediately to dialogue. 

Workaround

Settings of the board can be configured from View settings of the board instead of the issue actions.
