Issue Summary
Not able to move the Project Tickets.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open a Project, create a ticket
- Go through that particular ticket and move the issue.
- Next page, select the designation Project.
- Next page, at the Tempo account custom field, the accounts are not populating
Expected Results
- Accounts need to get populated in the Tempo Account Custom field
Actual Results
- Accounts are not getting populated, where you can only see the none option, hence you won't be able to move forward to the next step.
Workaround
- As a workaround, users can try reloading the page (most of the time works), or they can type the whole text for the account, Eg: Add (Particular account name) in the Tempo Account Custom field which will be able to move the issue properly as expected.
