      Problem Definition

      As stated in this document, emails with a total size of more than 25MB (including attachments) are not fetched. We have found that the issue is actually created, but without any attachment.

      Suggested solution

      • Enable the Jira Software incoming emails to create issues with attachments bigger than 25MB.
