Currently, the "Workload by Assignee" popup in the backlog view displays only the Assignees, Count of Issues, and the field used for Estimation on the respective Board.

We recommend enhancing the configuration options for the "Workload by Assignee" popup to allow users to customize the displayed information. Specifically, it would be beneficial to have the option to include additional fields such as Issue Status, custom fields and more.
