Issue Summary

Currently, "Actions" or "Looped transitions" are shown under the "Actions" dropdown:

It is not that straightforward and it can also be misleading for customers used to use the "Transitions" dropdown, which is showing "Backlog" in the image above. 

Suggestion

It would be helpful to have a toggle to use the "Actions" dropdown or keep all transitions (including looped transitions) to be shown under the "Transitions" dropdown.
