Form field doesn't carry the default value set in the linked Jira fields

      Issue Summary

      Currently, when we set a default value for a Jira field (used in create issue screens), when creating forms, the default value does not reflect on Issue Creation forms in Jira Software Projects. The default values only get populated when using the "Create Issue" option.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Set a default value for a Jira field
      2. Create a Jira Form for a JSW project and issue type that the field is associated with.

       

      Expected Results

      Default value should be set automatically in the Form field.

      Actual Results

      Form field doesn't carry the default value set in the linked Jira field.
