Ability to have collapsible field tabs

      From the customer

      Can we organize layout to include collapsible sections in Jira Cloud similar to Data Center as indicated in the screenshot.

      Currently in the Issue Layout we are only able to add sections like Context fields (Details on the right) and on the left the Description fields. In the description field itself we would like to have a collapsible section to put out System Configuration fields which are currently in a separate tab on the screen as shown in the screenshot.
