Fields reset in "Create Issue from Jira Cloud" Slack Integration

      Summary
      When creating an issue from Slack using the "Create issue from Jira Cloud" option, fields such as Summary and Assignee reset to blank after being populated.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. In Slack, select a message and choose "More actions > Create issue from Jira Cloud"
      2. In the popup window, enter text in the Summary field and select an Assignee
      3. Observe that after a second or two, the fields reset and clear the entered information

      This issue disrupts the workflow for users creating issues in Jira from Slack, particularly when handling multiple messages, as it leads to repeated data entry and increased wait times
