Issue Summary

When copying and pasting action items (checkboxes) in Jira, the pasted checkboxes can become linked/connected to the original checkbox. When the user checks or unchecks any of these action items, it results in all checkboxes becoming checked/unchecked together.

Steps to Reproduce

Note: we have not been able to replicate outside of affected customers environments

1. Create an action item
2. Copy and paste this action item into another 
3. Save and try checking any of the boxes

Expected Results

Only the clicked action item is updated

Actual Results

All linked action items are updated

Workaround

Delete the affected action items and manually enter them instead of copy and pasting
