Issue Summary
Creating child issue in parent issue from project list view hides the child from the parent issue view until a refresh is done.
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to a Jira Software project List view
- Create or click on an Epic (ensure the issue is viewed in-page)
- Click on Add -> Child issue and create a child
- Observe the child issue entry in the list. It is shown temporarily before it is removed.
- A refresh of the page will have the child issue shown properly.
Another behavior reported:
While having the List view grouped by Assignee, creating a child issue in an Epic in the foreground will cause the Epic in List view in the background to get removed from the view until a refresh is performed.
Expected Results
The newly created child issue should be shown and not removed after it shows up temporarily.
Actual Results
The child issue is removed from view.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
