Issue Summary

Cannot convert Sub-task to Task in Team-Managed project via "Convert to issue".

When trying to convert Sub-task to Task, the screen reloads and nothing happens

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Team-Managed project
2. Create some issues with sub-tasks underneath
3. Go to Project > Issues, find subtask in the list and click on three dots (...)
4. Find "Convert to Issue" in the options
5. Follow the wizard

Expected Results

Sub-tasks is converted into Task

Actual Results

The screen keeps reloading and nothing happens

Workaround

Use Bulk update > Move issue - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/edit-multiple-issues/
