Issue Summary

Logo will briefly overlaps during page transitions in Jira navigation on the admin pages.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Pick a site having new Jira Navigation
2. Change the Jira logo to a new custom logo (not required, issue is reproducible on default logo as well)
3. Now, navigate to different Jira admin pages, e.g
   1. https:/<>/secure/project/ViewProjectRoles.jspa
   2. https://<>/secure/admin/ViewGlobalCollectors!default.jspa
4. Observe that for the logo briefly overlaps in the sidebar during page transitions in Jira navigation
   e.g
   

Expected Results

The Jira admin page should seamlessly display the content without logo appearing during page transitions.

Actual Results

Logo is appearing before the page content

Workaround

Currently the available workaround is to use the Jira default logo
