Adding an email to a text field I'd like to render it as a link

      Currently, in Jira, text fields are not rendered as links unless they have the correct URL format, such as "http://" or "https://."

      The request is the ability to support mailto: links in a custom field (so that clicking on it opens up your preferred mail client with that email address in the To: field) as it helps customers who process a large volume of data giving them an on-click redirection to continue the workflow.
