Issue Summary

Editing smart link from description field only updates the URL name, hyperlink URL remains same old value. User have to select the smart link and use ‘Edit link’ option to update the URL.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1 - Try to type in any URL(eg. www.google.com) in the description field of any issue and then try to change them.
2. Step 2 - Update the URL directly in the description field to a different URL(eg. www.google.co.uk).

Expected Results

The URL should have changed to the updated one without clicking on the edit link.

Actual Results

Only the URL name gets updated on the field and hyperlink still remains old URL
