      New issue transition experience causes Tempo Team and Account fields (both from Tempo) to lose the project scope/filter

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a few Teams and Accounts in Tempo, with some linked to a specific project.
      2. Add the "Tempo Team" and "Account" to one of he transition screens of your specific project.
      3. Try transitioning an issue in the desired project, both with the old and new transition experience, looking at what results are available.

      Expected Results

      Both the old and New Issue Transition Experience have the Tempo fields display only the options linked to the project of the issue being transitioned.

      Actual Results

      The old Issue Transition Experience has the Tempo fields display only the options linked to the project of the issue being transitioned.
      The new Issue Transition Experience displays all the options in the respective catalogs, with no project scope/filter.

      Workaround

      In your Personal Preferences, disable the New Issue Transition Experience.
