Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Jira cloud

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any issue
2. Resize the issue detail view panel
3. Refresh the page or open any other issue 
4. Come back to the issue opened in step 1 and the the changes you did in step 2 will no longer stay intact, and the issue detail view panel size and state will come to default 

Expected Results

With the changes, the issue detail view panel should stay in the position in which it was resized

Actual Results

Jira will not save the the setup / configuration changes that you make and the position of the panel will reset to the default position

Workaround

This change is coming from an experiment, please reach out to Jira support team to exclude your Jira cloud instance from the experiment which will allow you keep the changes related to the position of the issue detail view panel.
