Issue Summary

Customer reports that the link "+ Create linked issues" appears to not be displayed sometimes when using the preview screen from the List view.

Steps to Reproduce

1. 1. On any project go to LIST > click on the ID of any Issue. 
   2. Once the parent Epic is open in the Preview Window, navigate to any child tickets and click on the name of any of them. 
      NOTE: Must click on the name and not the ID as the ID will open the issue in a separate page and we need to remain in the preview window. 

1. 1. Click on the +Add > Linked Issues.
   2. Underneath Linked Issues the +Create Linked Issue should display.  

Expected Results

Underneath Linked Issues the link to +Create Linked Issues should display every time. 

Actual Results

The link appears and for future operations it vanishes. Restarting the browser helps the link appear again, but continues to disappear after more operations. 

Workaround

The workaround that stands out for this is to open the ticket in another window. We understand that this may be inconvenient but the functionality of creating multiple linked issues is not fully compromised by this behavior.
