Issue Summary

The backfill operation shows finished. However, the Development details are not listed in Jira.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Github App configuration > Settings > Continue backfill
2. Set the date and click on Backfill Data
3. After a few minutes the backfill status is listed as 'Finished', but the old data is not listed in Jira issue Development field

Expected Results

The backfill status is listed as 'Finished', and the old data is listed in the Jira issue Development field.

Actual Results

The backfill status is listed as 'Finished,' but the old data is not listed in the Jira issue Development field.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available.

Note:

• Please wait for a few days after completing the Backfill operation for the Data to be displayed.
• The normal webhooks live operations (i.e., creating a new branch, pushing new commits, and creating a new PR) are NOT delayed, this gets added to Jira and displayed immediately.
