Customizing the start.atlassian.com page

      As an Enterprise client, we are opening up our Jira instances to our entire company - 20k+ users.  We have a very structure process for building out Jira for our company.  Users are new to Jira and Atlassian in general and are use to using an in house tool that they worked on before.  

      There are certain things that are going to cause confusion for the user and thus start an influx of questions to the Atlassian Community as well as to your (Atlassian) help desk.  

      Our users should not be submitting tickets to either one, but the way your pages are setup, it's promoting that the user submit tickets there instead of internally.  This happen just today when a user submitted a ticket that was meant to go to our side.  

       

      I would like to recommend that Admins be able to tailor things that normal users see.  2 prime examples are:

      1:  start.atlassin.com:

      We would love to be able to take out the Atlassian help, Support, Licensing, etc.  

      2:  the Question mark at the right navigation - we would prefer to not show Atlassian specific things there as they don't fully apply since we have customized how we are using Jira (it often just confused people).
